This free, online event is aimed at parents and carers of young people with special educational needs and disabilities and will focus on topics to support young people on their journey into adulthood.
Our keynote speaker is Carrie Grant MBE who will share her own experiences of supporting her children into adulthood. We will also have contributions on adult social care, therapies, housing and supporting living and post 16 options amongst many others.
